Our 24/7 NOC support responds readily (usually within minutes) through our service ticketing system and telephone support.

All WebZoo servers are Self-Managed, but our staff will automatically handle all critical and necessary updates. If you have not paid for month-to-month management, our tech support are available at a rate of $5 per support ticket handled.
